The Helen Suzman Foundation (“HSF”) Has Filed Papers In The Matter Of Forum De Monitoria Do Orcamento V Manuel Chang And Others

Following the Forum de Monitoria do Orcamento application to the High Court, citing the Helen Suzman Foundation (“HSF”) as the fourth respondent, the HSF has filed papers in support of the applicant’s application to review and set aside the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services’ decision to surrender Mr Chang to Mozambique.
